Occasional Help ON Demand

If you need a spot of help only, we offer support to users of Microsoft Access, Excel and Word, on an as-and-when-needed basis.

Additionally, we provide IT consultancy when you could do with assistance from an independent source. For instance, if you are putting an IT project out to tender and you require assistance with the preparation of technical specifications.


Working With Your IT People

Much of our work for large clients is on behalf of a department, or a local office, in making available for its own use subsets of the information stored in centralised business systems. Users want to do their own thing (what-ifs, special reports and so on) with those data without fear of harming them.

We work closely with IT departments to secure the delivery of data and to safeguard their source, while making as little extra work as possible for everyone concerned.


Access and Excel Expertise and Ideas

Our expertise in the application of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel, and their integration with the other Microsoft Office programs, has been built over the years we have been using these programs since each of them first appeared in the UK.

We have hundreds of pieces of our work out there. In working on these, we have benefited from gaining insights into many businesses and how they operate. Our experience built this way, means we bring ideas, not simply technical competence, to any new project.
